Anderson Cooper attacked over Second US Presidential Debate

Anderson Cooper was the target of homophobic abuse after the second Presidential Debate, it has emerged.

The CNN anchor, who co-moderated what was described as one of the fiercest face-offs between the two main candidates in modern history, was the first openly gay man to mediate such an exchange.

Alongside ABC’s Martha Raddatz, Cooper asked a number of tough questions that saw him become the target of homophobic slurs on social media.cooper1cooper2cooper3cooper4

Before the debate, Trump had questioned Cooper’s ability to moderate the debate, saying he was biased. “I don’t think Anderson Cooper should be a moderator because Anderson Cooper works for CNN, and over the last couple of days, I’ve seen how Anderson Cooper behaves,” he said.

I don’t know about how Cooper behaves but CNN is biased towards the Democratic party.

“Trump should throw him in a dungeon”???

Sorry, dude. Trump is running for president of United States, not the throne of Westeros.

Trump Followers are getting upset because they know his rhetoric lures in the ignorant and feeble minded while it also stabs himself in the back.
Newsflash: Trump tells you what you want to hear and then backs out!

    Sigh
I don’t think Anderson cares one bit. Does he even know them, let them wallow in their hate. He is making money (which is very important) and he looks good too. I don’t do Keredims but I’ll totally do Anderson.

Trump revealed his stupid distrust for Cooper when immediately after Martha asked Hilary about her emails and she answered, he pointed to Cooper asking why he specifically wasn’t bringing up the emails.. As if both Cooper and Martha weren’t there for the same job.. Stupid man.

Anderson and Martha did a fantastic job.
Locker room talk my balls. A US presidential hopeful, talking about grabbing them by the pussy. Those vile things coming from a man who can’t contain his prejudice against women, people of colour, Latino and LGBT people. A man who would rather bring people down with his condescension just to make himself feel better.

If anything, Anderson helped shine more light on his already hard to miss stupidity. Instead of being contrite when asked about the bus incident, he chose to attack the Clintons.

Not really, no. The only reference to LGBT was when a question was posed about the supreme court justice position that’s to be filled and marriage equality was mentioned.
