9″ 2x3dly before meal or 3-4hrs after meal to reduce chances of throwing up from either orifice.
Drug could be administered orally or rectally, you choose. If orally, reach for the back of your throat for effect n fast relief. Nausea is an expected side effect in some individuals but with time it’ll subside
For rectal administration, the device shouldn’t be shared but to be on the safe side, cover with disposable condom before each use

Let’s watch the symptoms for 6-7days, come back on the 8th day for check-up. If symptoms persists then I might try a different therapy, we call it ‘double-penetration’. I’d up your dosage to 10″ administered simultaneously but let’s hope it doesn’t get to that ?
