For some weeks, I have been trolling Goodluck Jonathan on Twitter using this handle. Happy to see he took the bait and responded with this mad view. I will redouble my efforts in coming weeks and hope our paths cross in any of his speaking engagements soon. We will see.

The said democrasy was the rule of the majority: they told up to 90% of Nigerians were clamouring for the illegalisation of same-sex marriage. But I was thought that democrasy was more so the protection of the minorities.
We were not typically asking for right to marriage. Just to live without fear and public lynching.
My happiness today is that we have atleast an LGBT in every extended family. People that fear us don’t know how close we are.
