Kito Diaries Public Announcement V

Two KDians have accommodation issues: one is looking for a roommate and the other is looking to room with an already established apartment.

FOR THE FIRST:

I am Johnson, and I’m in need of a housemate to move in, share space and bills.

The house is a one-bedroom-and-parlour apartment located in Magodo, Iseri, Lagos. It has its own toilet, bath and kitchen. There is constant water, and the electricity in the area is not that bad. The environment is also friendly, secure and affordable

Since no one is perfect, I don’t feel it apt to put up a list of requirements, but albeit, I’d prefer a housemate who is discreet with his affairs. As much as I don’t live my life to please others, I’m also not interested in giving the neighbours any reason to raise eyebrows.

Interested individuals should kindly email me at itestify17@gmail.com

FOR THE SECOND:

I’m Chuks, and I’m looking for someone to live with for a few months in Lagos, preferably within Yaba axis and the Island. My budget is 100k. I will leave either by the end of the year or first month of the year. Please, I’d prefer to stay with a very decent and ambitious person, and it would be especially better if he stays in self-contained apartment.

Any persons interested in having a housemate should kindly reach out to me at richardchinonso91@gmail.com
