A KDian is looking for a Flatmate in Abuja. And here are the details of what he is looking for:

I am looking for a creative, intellectual and focused queer person to share a flat with me in Abuja. A cool person who is gainfully employed, perhaps, a self-starter.
The apartment is in a good and safe neighborhood, with good water supply and electricity, plus proximity to the Central Area.
The budget for the split rent is between 200,000 and 250,000 thousand naira.
Anyone interested should be ready to move in ASAP or by February (next month). Contact me with derick4lawson@gmail.com.

I’m not seeking for a flat but feel these things should be mentioned already so whoever is interested don’t need to seek those details first.
Lugbe is close proximity to town and so is kubwa. Specifics matter.
