More Twitter Drama As Rhyheim Shabazz Strives To Get His Account Back From A Vindictive Cyberstalker

Several days ago, porn star Rhyheim Shabazz had his Twitter account pulled down due to multiple fake DMCA claims filed against him by a cyberstalker.

Well, the situation has been developing with a lot more intrigue. Because the person harassing Shabazz of course couldn’t take the fake DMCAs he filed to court, the time he had to respond expired, and Shabazz’s counter notices were successful. Twitter reinstated his account and he tweeted his return by declaring that he was “back to fucking”.

“Sorry, but I’m back,” Shabazz tweeted. “Thank you to Twitter for being so kind and supportive. Special thanks to @maxkonnorxxx @cagedjock @dominicford @Str8UpGayPorn @OutMagazine and @BigCMen for the aid. Back to fucking.”

However, after being reactivated for less than 24 hours, Rhyheim Shabazz had his account pulled down again.

The lunatic harassing him had apparently filed more fake DMCAs, and because Twitter is unable or unwilling to prevent fake DMCAs from being filed (and because they’re legally obligated to act on them), they pulled down Shabazz’s account again. Why Twitter chooses to pull down the entire account as opposed to just the individual tweets on which the fake DMCAs are being filed is unknown.

Below is a screenshot of an email the cyberstalker recently sent to Rhyheim Shabazz. In the email, the stalker (who is now committing multiple felonies, including extortion) continues to threaten Shabazz and demands money from him in order to stop the harassment.

It’s ironic (and maddening) that while Twitter has pledged to prevent bullying and harassment of its users, they’re literally enabling bullying and harassment of its users by allowing this psychopath and others like him to anonymously file false claims. Clearly, the social media platform has no real interest in blocking fraud and harassment, as it arbitrarily enforces some of its “rules” on some users, while letting others freely engage in targeted harassment every day.

However, yesterday, Twitter reinstated Rhyheim’s account once again, as he took to his Instagram to announce the good news, and also going on Twitter to carry on with his interactions with his fans.

    Na their type oh.

But Twitter needs do more than just take any claim that comes their way. Or are they just too lazy to investigate or they are not just built that way. ?
