Pastor slams those who watch Game of Thrones | Daddy Freeze slams him in return for his hypocrisy

Victor Eghan, a pastor reportedly from Ghana, has slammed those who watch popular TV show, Game Of Thrones, as potential candidates for hell, stating that the Christians who are fans of the show are choosing between God and immorality.

In a post Eghan put up on Instagram, he premised his claim on some statistics he found shocking, statistics that allegedly revealed that Game of Thrones has in its seven-season run had filmed scenes that so far included “865 deaths, 17 rapes (including attempted ones) and 144 scenes of naked people (with 83.7% being women).”

Eghan also pointed out that in 2016, the showrunners were embroiled in a legal battle with Porn Hub over the porn site’s use of their explicit clips as a breach of HBO’s copyright. According to him, Game of Thrones is a beacon for immorality for starring porn stars like Jessica Jenson and Samantha Bentley as part of its production.

“Dear Christian and Game of Thrones fan,” the pastor concluded, “is this the kind of content you want to fill your mind with? What happened to Philippians 4:8? Is this the kind of things you want your daughter or son to engage in? Rape, murder, and immorality?

“If you’re so attached to Game of Thrones that you’re getting angry with me, then who are you worshipping? GOD or GOT? One letter makes a big difference. And that one letter change can make a big difference when you stand before GOD on that day.”

And of course, you know that someone like Daddy Freeze was not going to let this one go. The #FreeTheSheeple antagonist of Christendom came after what he claimed to be Eghan’s hypocrisy by pointing out parallels that can be drawn between Game of Thrones and the Bible stories.

He talked about how incomparable the over 2 million deaths in the Bible was to Game of Thrones’ 865, with David killing “200 men…just to marry Saul’s daughter”. He pointed out how women in the Bible were raped, like Tamar by her brother, Amnon, Dinah by her brothers, and Bathsheba by David.

For every point Eghan raised in condemnation of Game of Thrones, the On-Air Personality matched with an example in the Bible, eventually concluding his lecture with: “…this submission is ignorant and does little to showcase anything apart from your ignorance of the scriptures.”
