He said he went to a bath-house (in places like that,gay guys just hook up with random strangers), he got into a stall,met a hot stranger, and they proceeded to hav sex(no condoms mentioned).it was afterwards, while they were getting dressed that d stranger was like: “so how long have u been positive?” and dude was like: “I should hav looked at my watch then and said ‘like, 20 minutes ago'”(lol). He actually said he had knowingly fucked lots of HIV positive bottoms and gone scot-free, so that was d root of his confidence…and undoing. In his narration,he still actually said he would hav been fine,but that morning,his cock got caught in his zipper while he was getting dressed and gave him a small bruise. He was actually certain that if not for that bruise creating an entrance point for d virus into his blood-stream, he would have gotten away with it…again.
