‘Don’t Be Afraid To Take The First Step.’ Wentworth Miller Creates Powerful Video About Depression

Actor Wentworth Miller, who has been vocal about his own struggles with depression and suicide, created a powerful and emotional video that explains to people how it can feel like to be depressed.

In the clip, the negative voices in the persons suffering from depression are amplified.

Miller narrates that it is estimated that each year about 350 million people worldwide suffer from depression. He urges people to look for help.

‘Don’t be afraid to take the first step,’ the 44-year-old actor says. ‘Someone cares, and they are waiting to hear from you.’
