Rev. Franklin Graham Denounces Gay Christians As “The Enemy” In Radio Interview

In today’s episode of Evangelical Christians Be Cray, Rev. Franklin Graham is going all the way in on gay Christians, and pretty much the entire LGBT community.

Since crazy loves company, Graham decided to share his thoughts with Focus on the Family founder Dr. James Dobson on Dobson’s Family Talk radio show earlier this week.

To Graham, gay Christians aren’t normal people with different sexual orientations who still believe in Christianity. Nope, that would be too easy and believing that may just make them human beings. To him, they’re “the enemy” and they must be stopped from “influencing the children.”

Is it just me, or have these people been “thinking about the children” since sometime in the late 1950s when they were the children? Does LGBTQ equality turn children into deviants that we all somehow need to be protected from?

Here’s what the good Reverend had to say:

“We have allowed the enemy to come into our churches. I was talking to some Christians and they were talking about how they invited these gay children to come into their home and to come into the church and that they were wanting to influence them.

“And I thought to myself, they’re not going to influence those kids, those kids are going to influence those parents’ children. What happens is we think we can fight by smiling and being real nice and loving. We have to understand who the enemy is and what he wants — he wants to devour our homes. He wants to devour this nation.”

This might sound strange coming from me, but I don’t think that’s entirely true. Imagine if people were told that there’s no heaven? And no punishment for their gazillion sins?
They’ll unleash their true barbaric nature. Most people try to do right and be decent because religion holds them accountable for their actions. Religion is like an invisible law which attacks the mind when you go against it(Thats if you’ve been primed from a very young age to believe in it).
So believe it or not, it does serve some purpose.

Nigeria’s a shining example of people doing right because of religeon….. ?
Let’s please ask ourselves why the least religious countries generally have more decent people and are more developed than the supposedly “religious” countries.

I don’t think people need the reward of heaven, or the threat of hell, to behave well. It shows how little they think of themselves.

Every time these pastors open their mouths to say yet another tired derogatory thing about the LGBT, I just glimpse the kingdom of God stretching further and further away from them. And it’s really sad.

So d dude doesn’t want to “fight” homosexuality by smiling and being nice and loving; so what tactic does he suggest? He should open his mouth and be specific about the line of action he has in mind nah. Oga Man of God,what exactly are u supposed to do to gay christians, since u’re telling ppl not to be “nice” and “loving” to them?

These people actually think being gay is a ‘children-seeking’ disease. Enemy?
How do you know an enemy if it’s not open to you about who and what it is? Can these people please have sense? Any parent who feels his child(ren) can be indicted into being gay by contact or interaction is the real enemy. An Enemy to knowledge, an enemy to growth and development. This Franklin guy should just take a sit behind Mugabe on the way to hell cos he definitely isn’t going to heaven (no matter how many bibles he wields) with that poorly developed brain of his! Even the bible didn’t use that word on gays and now a human is?
    Judgement much? Mtcheeew!

    *In sunday skool pikin voice*
Our memory versesvis taken from the book of Matthew Chapter 7 verses 1 to 3
    an it says,
Judge not, that ye be not judged.
For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
