One Action Foundation Has an Objective To Help The LGBT Community During This Pandemic, And They Need You To Tell Them What You Need In This Survey

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about so many changes in all aspects of life. And we have been faced with different challenges, especially the LGBTIQ+ community.

A lot of people do not have money to feed themselves; some people will not have jobs to return to after the pandemic is over. A lot of us are struggling with our mental health; anxiety and panic attacks seem to be recurring since the lock down started. Some of us have to stay with homophobic families or relatives during these times.

In an effort to support our community during this lock down period, One Action Foundation started the “Be A Rainbow” project. This project is aimed at providing our community members with those essential materials that they will need or might have run out of during this COVID-19 social distancing period. We have developed a survey form to help us better understand the needs of our community members; the result will inform our efforts in providing you with what you’ve requested for.

We encourage people to fill the form and request ONLY what you need; we want to make sure that we reach as many people in our community as possible. We also encourage people to share this with their networks and community members who need support during this period.

Click HERE to check out and fill the survey, so we know how to help you, if you are among those in need.

PS: We would also welcome anyone who would like to be part of funding this program. Please send an email about your “Intention to Partner” to info@oneactionfoundation.org.
