A Female Beyoncé Stan Wants To Know If There Are Any Straight Men In The Beyhive. And The Responses Are Hilarious
The Beyhive are known for their fierce (sometimes rabid) dedication to Beyoncé. They know all her songs. They go to war for her. And they love Blue Ivy.
They are also believed to be comprised mainly of gay men and women. In fact, the way a friend of mine unwittingly outed himself to his girlfriend (read beard) was when she visited him and saw a big poster of the superstar stapled to the wall of his room. After confirming that he knew the lyrics to most of her songs, even spotting him shimmy to the beat of Beautiful Liar, she finally confronted him with her suspicion that he is gay.
When he asked her why she’d think that, her response was: “You love Beyoncé. Straight men don’t like Beyoncé the way you do.”
Well, a female member of the Beyhive was recently in a Facebook group for Beyoncé stans, feeling ready to mingle and wanting to know if there are any straight men in the Hive.
