I’ve come to the realization that being truly straight and being homophobic are somehow mutually exclusive.
I stand to be corrected though.
But I still strongly feel that homophobia is a reverse form of self-loathing. A homophobe is, most times, a deeply closeted gay.

    Preach on bruv!

Just like me walking into my hotel room and see a male and female going into another, I have no freaking idea what they do behind closed doors and me won’t think about nadaaaaa.

What one does behind close doors remains his/her own bizness until when rubbed in ur face. Even if rubbed, u have d option of walking away!

And just like Samurai said, homophobes r usually closted gays! That senator from “maine” nd Kowelsky from Glee r good examples!

    Abi oooooo!

Ah but if everybody could just see it this way won’t life be just so much easier…sadly not the case coz it’s not about where a man puts his dick but who he is on the inside!!

Some people feel that if you put that dick inside a manpussy then you must be abnormal on the inside….someone else or something else must be controlling you coz it don’t seem normal.

I love this. People who don’t spend their time obsessing about what other men do with their dicks are the truly straight ones. The homophobes however have a “gay” tendency which they fear.. So they do all they can to surpress it, most times it involves saying bad things about it and denouncing it publicly and in more extreme cases, leading a Kito gang.

I have always wondered if i were not gay would i truly not be a bigoted homophobe? Being gay has made me more tolerant and accepting on difference and generally a better person. The other day i was vehemently defending a single mom at work because I understand what is is like to be the orange card amongst white cards.

In this part of the world especially we condemn what we cannot umderstand; We killed twins, we though people born with locks are possesed etc.

Education and information will help reduce homophobia. Sometimes I say to myself “you would have turned out exactly that way”. I am definitely not excusing homophobes (I avoid them like a plague), I am just saying that the way cultural systems of the world are designed most people turn our this way.
