Gay porn star arrested for raping his five-year-old daughter and infecting her with an STD
A gay-for-pay porn star, Sebastian Young, was arrested for raping his five-year-old daughter and giving her a sexually transmitted disease on Tuesday.
He stands accused on five charges: sexual battery on a person less than 12 years of age, lewd or lascivious molestation of a person less than 12 years of age, unlawful transmission of an STD via sexual intercourse, incest and aggravated child abuse.
The charges came after Young was arrested for allegedly threatening to kill a Florida detective, who was reportedly investigating the allegations of incest. It is possible, if found guilty, the porn star will face a sentence of 25 years to life in prison, or even the death penalty.
The court documents were first exposed by a porn blog where the charges list an ‘attempt to commit sexual battery injuries’ in the sexual organs of someone less than 12 years of age. This is a capital felony. It is not clear if prosecutors will seek the death penalty. While normally reserved for murderers, there is a huge amount of aggravating factors that could lead to capital punishment in this case.
Last March, the porn star launched a GoFundMe to hire a lawyer after initially being accused of giving his daughter a STD.
He wrote how he spotted his daughter had an infection ‘because of a lot of discharge’, and when he took her to the doctors, they confirmed it was an STD. Stating it was from a boy at daycare, he claimed the detectives then accused him as he is a gay porn star. He claimed he got tested and came back clean, and therefore needed money to obtain a lawyer to defend him.
Young has previously been arrested for assaulting his wife, and on drug, DUI, burglary, traffic and battery charges. He spent nearly two years in prison for an assault of an elderly person over 65.

That said, I’m not playing devil’s advocate, but it’s actually documented that sexual attractions towards such young people legitimately exist. What I find wrong however, is that the other party gets the short end of the stick, in terms of the ability to consent and the level of harm caused by the act. That is what makes pedophilia irredeemably wrong. What I find very malicious here is an adult father doing it to their own child.
