Internet Porn Star Fabricio Da Silva Claudino Arrested For Secretly Filming and Posting Video Of Boyfriend On OnlyFans

OnlyFans model Fabricio da Silva Claudino is expected to plead guilty to revenge porn charges this week. The internet star and former Emirates flight attendant is accused of secretly filming him and his boyfriend having sex with his cell phone and then uploading the video to his OnlyFans without his boyfriend’s consent.

“The victim is clearly unaware of this activity being recorded and can be depicted in the recording as face down throughout,” read court documents. “At one point the defendant positions the mobile phone towards a mirror where his face is depicted… At no stage, did the victim consent to the defendant taking this recording.”

The video uploaded to OnlyFans was 4 minutes long and while it did not feature the boyfriend’s face, his distinctive tattoos were visible. There was also a thumbnail featuring the boyfriend’s face uploaded with the video. Claudino also posted a photo of the two of them on a Rio de Janeiro beach and captioned it with “Video coming up soon — stay tuned” and some eggplant and peach emojis.

“I felt sick to the stomach when I recognized my body and then my face,” the boyfriend told the ABC. “I didn’t know what to think, I couldn’t believe it.”

Fabricio Da Silva Claudino met the ex-boyfriend in Brazil last year. The pair later broke up in Sydney after dating for five months, after the boyfriend discovered the video on the internet. Da Silva Claudino stayed in Australia and supported himself with OnlyFans and working as a nude model, the ABC reported.

Claudino was originally arrested back in September for obscene and indecent exposure, but was let out on bail. He was then arrested again in February for filming himself masturbating in and around his apartment, including in view of a school and on a bus.

A GoFundMe page has been launched to raise $8,000 in legal fees for a bail application, but so far, no money has been donated. A judge will sentence Claudino next month. Authorities will likely deport him after serving any sentence.
