Porn star Markie More quits, says porn is evil
Adult film performer, Markie More is once again retiring from porn.
“I’ve decided that I’m officially done with the adult industry,” he tweeted.
“If you’re wondering, I’ve quit because I can no longer promote lustful and deviant behavior,” he added. “Lust is a monster, and the more you feed it, the hungrier it becomes.”
He also shared a link to an organisation called ‘Fight The New Drug’, which was created to raise “awareness on [pornography’s] harmful effects.”
Although Fight The New Drug claims it has no religious affiliation, it is actually a Mormon-run anti-porn group. Samantha Allen of The Daily Beast described the group’s message as “rooted in pseudoscience”, while criticizing the analogy of porn as a drug as contradictory to neuroscience research. (Allen also pointed out in her article that the director of research for FTND, Dr. Jason Carroll, is an active anti-gay activist.)
As for More, this is not his first time retiring from the industry. He left the business back in 2017 for a whopping 23 days before announcing his return.
More now feels that porn “destroy[s] numerous people, friendships, relationships, families,” and said it “does far more harm than good.”
He said his OnlyFans and JustForFans accounts will be deleted next month.
“Thank you everyone for your wishes of wellness. Let it be known that I’m doing better right now than I have in all of my 26 years, especially the last 6.”

May 26, 21:51To be honest I agree. Aside lust and giving u unrealistic expectations about how a sex partner shld be, I don’t see the point of porn. So if u can avoid it, kudos

May 26, 23:09Whatever a person takes as a decision is his business and no one else’s. People will respect that. So it’s okay he wants to leave the industry, but to make it seem as though Porn is an activity fueled by demons and applauded by Lucifer is all shades of wrong. All shades.
