A few days ago, I noticed a white cluster in my ass (It’s not on the outside; it sorta shoots out and isn’t very obvious). It itches the way you get itchy when you’ve been wearing underwear for a long time.
However, since I noticed it, my mind has been processing different feelings, like it’s alive and breathing and it will get bigger and will lead to a burning sensation. I don’t know what it is and it’s just really confusing, because I had sex like two week before I noticed it and I really can’t tell how long it’s been there for.
I really need help. There are so many things on the internet and I’m just confused. I have settled for the worst case scenario and that is anal warts.
What do I do?

Just try n solicit a like-minded doctor n run some checks…. It might not be warts though, could be exertions leading to tear from ur last encounter…. In all just get treated in time….

It’s very likely warts. I’m no medical practitioner but with all you stated, that’s the best bet.

A cluster of what exactly? Are they bleeding, discharging, any change in size, associated GI symptoms, etc (they are rhetorical questions). Point is, a detailed history and examination will be required which should not be conducted online but in a consulting room. Anyway, the worst case scenario isn’t anal warts. Worst case scenario will be anal cancer (good news- that’s not its typical presentation). A thousand and one ailments can result in what you have. From anal warts, anal polyps, lichen planus to several other diseases. What to do? See a doctor ASAP. It could be benign but it could also be something more sinister. All the best!
