FORBIDDEN LOVE

May I taste your lips?

Will you let me approach?

Will you let me touch you?

Do you even see me?

Someone who wants to host you

For the company you are and not

For who you think you should be

Someone who sees you even in the dark.

Do you believe you can drink from my fountain

And be nourished and strengthened by love?

Maybe I will kiss your lips and you will see

That my tongue will revive your heart.

It makes me feel a certain power

And compels me to think in a certain way

That makes me fearless and bold

Like being consumed by a certain desire.

May I taste your sweetness?

May I savour all your tenderness?

Will you let me feel more?

Do you even want me?

I am helpless as my emotions overload,

But not hopeless waiting for yours to reload.

I will teach you how to love a man

And I promise to give you all my dreams.

No string will be broken to pieces

No tears will be lavished and wasted

‘Cause I come to you, powered by love

It is okay for a man to love a man.

You don’t have to conceal what you feel.

It is okay for you to tickle my fantasy

And release my sweetest sensations

Like a refreshing drink.

You don’t have to resist what you feel.

This is all you have ever wanted.

You have imprisoned yourself for too long.

It is okay for a man to kiss your lips.

May I taste your lips?

Will you let me approach?

Will you let me touch you

Now that you see me?
