    Oh sweet sweet Ellen.

This is about the only lesbian I can relate to. Naija lesbians are so butch, rough, beer-drinking, igbo-smoking and thuggish. Well then again, whatever floats each person’s boat.

NB these arent pearls..more like diamond, duhling! *flips imaginary hair*

in the spirit of “Naija lesbians are so butch, rough, beer-drinking etc.” I’ve decided to chime in and observe from your comment that Naija gays are judgmental, effeminate and need to proofread/rethink their inane comments thoroughly before making sweeping generalisations.

Its ironic how we might have crossed paths but nobody would ever suspect I am a Lesbian. Honey, its 2016, assuming every Lesbian is Butch is Homophobic and Sexist. Its like me assuming every gay man is girly or a glittering butterfly. I don’t know where you find your majority of lesbians but you need to step out more and yeah, STOP ASSUMING.

One crystal clear secret, Its really NOT that easy to spot a Lesbian, unless she throws it in your face, so take a seat and breathe a little 🙂

Let me add to her quote :
    On opinions–

Everyone’s opinion matter, unless you’re a self loathing Internalized homophobe, then it doesn’t. ??

…or a self imposing, self righteous sanctimonious prick that ignores that there is no single story and people evolve and grow at differing paces.

…. There is a backstory here abi? Can anyone bring me up to speed??

If only I knew but I don’t think there is a backstory. I have only noticed how quick he is to bring up ‘self loathing’ and ‘IH’ like whoever hasn’t gotten to that point of self acceptance is a complete waste of human resource. And he does so without even bothering to know what unique circumstance surrounds the individual. I don’t find that attitude funny at all.

I feel (emphasis on feel, don’t disgrace yourself by misreading) this blog(people) has something against Lesbians, its ironic and sad since this is LGBT inclusive and not just exclusive to Gay men. Its okay not to like women, I guess, but keep your hate and negativity to yourselves. You are acting like straight people towards us which is ironic and painful. This comment is from observations and thanks for this post KD, I needed some reminders from her 🙂
