Human beings are wicked.
And it turns out that this guy, Ayomide Idowu, is one such truly wicked person.
I remember when he first came out – or was outed on instablog9ja – and the empathy and then admiration I felt for him at first his vulnerability and then the way he appeared to take hold of his narrative and became bold about his identity in the public eye.
He calls himself a gay activist.
Well, this “gay activist” seems to think that his activism involves outing people. Very recently, he made a post on Instagram, celebrating his one-year anniversary with the “boyfriend” that was with him in the video post – a post that instablog9ja reposted. (In fact, instablog9ja appears to repost him quite a lot).
However, this anniversary, it would seem, is a lie. The guy in the video is someone Ayomide had just met after a few weeks of getting acquainted, and then Ayomide encouraged him to make a video with him. A video which he then posted on his Instagram page along with the post celebrating a nonexistent relationship.
And then he tagged instablog9ja – and of course, they responded and reposted it.
And the guy was instantly outed.
When Ayomide was called and questioned as to why he would do such a callous thing, he gave a response that revealed him to be someone with an extremely self-important sense of himself, saying that he is trying to help the LGBT community gain more visibility by making sure more people are out, or some such nonsense like that.
I don’t understand this kind of callous mentality. But I do know this is kito scum masquerading as a gay activist. And you should beware of such despicable guys like this, especially those who are so addicted to fame, they’d do anything to get it.
