It’s hard to remember a time before Fenty Beauty, the POC-inclusive makeup line from pop star, Robyn Rihanna Fenty.
And Time has taken notice. Along with things like visors that help blind people see and mugs that heat the coffee inside, Fenty Beauty was listed as one of the best inventions of 2017 on the magazine’s 2017 list.
“Makeup is like a secret weapon,” Rihanna told Time. “It was important that every woman felt included.” She also noted she had “100% involvement” in creating the beauty line.
A quick peek at the Fenty Beauty Instagram shows just how many skin tones the makeup brand works for that other brands leave behind.
