Not much is known about this kito scum, mainly both because the victims who reported him to us didn’t get enough information about him before going for the hookup and also because he and his gang confiscated their devices and so, there wasn’t much they could remember to report.
So far, about four reports have come to us about him.
His name (which may well be fake) is Kelvin.

He resides in the Ojo area of Lagos; however, one of his victims, who stays in Lekki, initially turned down the invitation for him to come see him in Iyana Ishashi, citing the long distance. The next time they spoke, the guy called to tell him he was at Ibeju-Lekki, which is where the victim went to meet him and got set up.
The other faces in these pictures were identified by the victims who sent in the pictures as members of Kelvin’s gang.
PS: Based on the fact that we have gotten three reports of community members getting set up at Ibeju-Lekki, it would seem as though that place is joining the list of areas in Lagos that are red zones.
